These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Tarot mobile app ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Entertainment Purpose

The App provides tarot-inspired readings, forecasts, and AI-generated interpretations for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. The App does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your location, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Subscriptions and Free Trials

The App may offer paid subscriptions, free trials, or other in-app purchases. Prices, billing periods, and trial terms are shown before purchase. Payment is charged through the applicable app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the app store's rules before the renewal date.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Refund requests are handled by the applicable app store according to its refund policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, use it for unlawful purposes, or submit content that is abusive, harmful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. User Content

You are responsible for any questions, prompts, or other content you enter into the App. You grant us the right to process that content as needed to provide App functionality, including generating tarot interpretations.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, features, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
