Битва мемов is a free word game with Russian and English localization. It includes one optional consumable in-app purchase that adds 100 energy. The App does not include advertising, subscriptions, user accounts, or tracking across apps and websites.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Битва мемов ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not require an account, email address, phone number, location, date of birth, photo, or other personal information for gameplay. Limited technical and usage information may be processed through AppMetrica as described below. Information is also shared with us if you voluntarily send a support email.

2. Game Data

The App stores game state locally on your device, including settings, onboarding completion, sound and haptic preferences, scores, prizes, room items, energy balance, and the time used to restore energy. This local game state is not uploaded to a developer-operated account or game server.

3. Contact Us

If you choose “Contact Us,” the App opens your email client with a draft addressed to imslowpoke@gmail.com. The draft contains the message you choose to write and diagnostic details added by the App: your device model, iOS version, and App version. The App does not send the draft automatically. This information is shared with us only when you voluntarily choose to send the email.

4. Device Permissions

The App does not require access to sensitive device permissions such as camera, microphone, contacts, precise location, calendars, reminders, health data, Bluetooth, or photo library.

5. Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics

The App does not track you across apps or websites and does not include third-party advertising, behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising. The App uses Yandex AppMetrica to understand app launches, sessions, feature usage, performance, and basic technical information such as App version, operating-system version, device characteristics, network information, and identifiers used for analytics and fraud prevention. This information is used to improve stability and gameplay and is not used by us to serve targeted advertising.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App is free to download and includes one optional consumable in-app purchase that adds 100 energy. Apple processes the payment through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. The App receives transaction information needed to verify the purchase and prevent the same transaction from being credited twice. Consumable energy cannot be restored after it has been used. The App does not include subscriptions.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that personal information has been sent to us, contact us at imslowpoke@gmail.com so we can review and delete it.

8. Data Retention

Local app data can be removed by deleting the App from your device. Analytics information is retained according to our AppMetrica configuration and the service provider’s applicable retention practices. Support emails and included diagnostic details may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, troubleshoot the issue, and maintain support records. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing imslowpoke@gmail.com.

9. Security

The App is designed to keep gameplay, energy, purchases credited to the game, and settings on device. Analytics and App Store transactions are handled through their respective service providers. You should keep your device and iOS version updated and protect access to your device.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its analytics, purchases, or other data handling changes. The current version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Битва мемов. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose

Битва мемов is an entertainment word game with a prize wheel, character opponents, sound, haptics, and guess-the-word gameplay.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful personal entertainment. You may not use the App in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

3. Energy and In-App Purchase

Starting a new game uses energy. Energy restores over time up to the free balance limit. The App offers one optional consumable purchase of 100 energy at the price shown by the App Store before confirmation. Prices and taxes may vary by country or region. Apple processes purchases, billing questions, and refund requests under its terms. Purchased consumable energy is credited to the local game balance and cannot be restored after use. The App has no subscription.

4. Intellectual Property

Original modifications, graphics, and generated audio created for the App are owned by Sviatasau Prylutski. Third-party open-source components remain owned by their respective copyright holders and are used under their licenses. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal entertainment.

5. Availability and Updates

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App or parts of it at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay, perfect compatibility, or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy above.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
