When requesting a client account or support, you may provide your name, work email address, company, role, project description, support message, and other information you choose to include.

2. Project Content

Authorized users may provide plans, issue markers, comments, images, documents, 3D models, and related construction project information. Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to upload and share this content.

3. How Information Is Used

Information is used to review access requests, create and administer client accounts, provide PlanGuard functionality, display project content to authorized team members, respond to support requests, secure the service, and improve our products and workflows.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, storage, email, security, and operation of PlanGuard. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users, clients, or the service.

5. Access and Security

Client accounts are created manually after an email request. Users must protect their access credentials and notify us if they suspect unauthorized access. We use reasonable measures designed to protect information, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Retention and Deletion

We retain account, support, and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, support the client relationship, maintain security and records, or comply with legal obligations. A client may request account or information deletion by contacting us.

7. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries where we or our service providers operate. Applicable privacy rights may vary by location.

We may update this Privacy Policy as PlanGuard develops. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page.
