Privacy Policy and Terms of Use

Suzorje is a free video editing app. It does not include advertising, third-party ad SDKs, subscriptions, in-app purchases, paywalls, user accounts, Firebase, AdMob, or tracking across apps and websites.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Suzorje ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal information through the App. The App does not require an account, login, email address, phone number, name, date of birth, or profile information.

2. Media Files and Editing Data

The videos, images, audio files, and editing projects you select or create are processed on your device. We do not operate a server that receives, stores, analyzes, or shares your media files.

3. Device Permissions

The App may request access to the camera so you can record video, the microphone so you can record video with audio, and the photo library so you can select and save media. These permissions are used only to provide the editing features you choose to use.

4. Tracking, Advertising, and Analytics

The App does not track you across apps or websites. The App does not use third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, advertising identifiers, Firebase, AdMob, or third-party analytics services.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App is free to use. It does not include subscriptions, in-app purchases, paid unlocks, restore purchase flows, or paywalls.

6. Sharing and Exporting

When you save or export media, the output remains on your device or in destinations you choose through iOS. You are responsible for any content you choose to share outside the App.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that personal information has been sent to us, contact us at imslowpoke@gmail.com so we can review and delete it.

8. Data Retention

Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we do not retain personal information on developer-operated servers. Local files and app data remain on your device and can be removed by deleting the App or deleting exported media from your device.

9. Security

The App is designed to keep media processing on device. You should still keep your device and iOS version updated and protect access to your device according to Apple’s recommended security practices.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App changes. If future versions add online services, analytics, advertising, purchases, or other data handling, this page and the App Store privacy information will be updated accordingly.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Suzorje. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose

Suzorje provides video and image editing tools, including trimming, merging, filters, music, GIF export, watermarks, aspect ratios, camera capture, and saving edited media to your gallery.

2. Your Content

You are responsible for the videos, images, audio, text, and other content you import, edit, export, or share with the App. You must have the rights or permissions needed to use that content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to create, edit, export, or share content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

4. No Professional Advice

The App is provided as a creative editing tool. It does not provide legal, professional, or rights-clearance advice for any media you use or distribute.

5. No Accounts, Ads, or Paid Features

The App does not require user accounts and does not include advertising, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid feature unlocks.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and interface, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or lawful creative use.

7. Availability and Updates

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App or parts of it at any time. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every export, edit, effect, or file format conversion will work perfectly in every situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of files, failed exports, or issues caused by unsupported media files.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy above.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
