Before Contacting Support

Make sure AquaTale and iOS are up to date. If camera or photo import is not working, check AquaTale’s permissions in iOS Settings. For the best drawing recognition, photograph the whole sheet in even light and avoid strong shadows or glare.

What to Include

Please describe what happened, what you expected, your device model, iOS version, AquaTale version, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Screenshots are helpful, but please remove personal information and do not send identifiable photos of children.

PRO Purchase Help

AquaTale’s PRO upgrade is an optional one-time purchase, not a subscription. If PRO access is missing after reinstalling the app or changing devices, use the Restore Purchases option while signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. For charges, refunds, or payment-method issues, contact Apple Support.
